In August 1998 we were well into the renovation. Here is a smattering of what was being done. Use the steel columns and the large open doorway (now a window) as reference points for comparison to the finished restaurant. The first photo is taken from about where the coffee machine is. The second photo is taken from inside the kitchen looking through the newly framed opening in the as yet to be built wall that separates the kitchen from the front of the house.
Cafco construction were the contractors; Bill Ryan the super, Charlie Kuonen the project manager and Joe Thibert the company president, a great team.
